What we collect, and what we do not.
Short version: if you join the workshop waitlist we keep your email address so we can tell you when the next date opens. That is the only thing we ask for, and the only thing we do with it.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist: your email address, and only if you type it in yourself.
That is the only field. We do not ask for your name or phone number to join the list.
The private day enquiry form
If you use the contact form to ask about a private day, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, what you are after, and the days that suit you.
We use it to answer you, and for nothing else. You are not added to a mailing list by enquiring.
Why we collect it
One reason: to email you when the next Brisbane workshop date is announced, so you get a seat before it goes public. The workshops are small and they sell out, which is the whole point of the list.
We will not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Where it is stored, and who else sees it
Your details are stored with Stripe, the payment company that also handles workshop ticket sales. Keeping the waitlist, enquiries and ticket records in one place means we are not scattering your details across extra services.
When you send an enquiry, a copy is also emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service, so we see it without having to check a dashboard.
Both are based in the United States, so your details are held overseas. Their privacy policies are at stripe.com/privacy and resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Nobody else sees your details. We do not sell, rent or share them.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist has clearly served its purpose and you have not wanted a seat. If you tell us to delete it, we delete it.
Getting your details removed
Email jared@performos.com.au and ask. No form, no reason needed, no delay. You can also ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
If you buy a ticket
Payments run through Stripe's own secure checkout. We never see or store your card details: they go directly to Stripe. We see that a payment succeeded, and the name and email attached to it, so we know who is coming on the day.
Cookies and advertising
This site runs the Meta Pixel, which tells us how many people arrive from our Facebook and Instagram ads and whether they went on to join the waitlist or buy a seat. It sets cookies and reports back to Meta.
You can turn this off. Most browsers let you block third-party cookies, and Meta's own ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences control what it does with the data.
If you go through Stripe's checkout, Stripe sets what it needs to process the payment and keep it secure.
Changes to this notice
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date below changes too.
