Who we are

PerformOS is operated by Jared Croxton, based in Brisbane, Australia. We run the one-day AI workshop and related training you see on this site.

What we collect

We collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Any answers you submit through forms on this site.
• Any answers you submit through a Facebook or Instagram lead form for our ads.
• Website usage data, collected through the Meta Pixel.

How we collect it

We collect your data in three ways:

• Directly from you, when you fill in a form on this site.
• Through Meta Lead Ads instant forms on Facebook and Instagram.
• Automatically, through cookies and the Meta Pixel, while you browse this site.

Why we use it

We use your data to:

• Contact you about workshop seats, dates and availability.
• Send you workshop information and setup guides.
• Measure how our advertising is performing.

Who we share it with

We share data with:

• Meta Platforms, for advertising and lead delivery.
• Eventbrite, for ticketing and payment.
• Our email provider, to send you messages.

We never sell your data to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Meta Pixel. It is a small piece of code from Meta that tells us when someone visits this site, clicks a ticket button, or reaches our Eventbrite checkout link. It helps us understand which ads are working and show you more relevant ads.

The Pixel does not collect your name or contact details directly. It uses cookies and browser data to link your visit back to a Facebook or Instagram ad.

You can opt out of this kind of tracking at any time in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for 24 months from your last contact with us. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time. Email jared@performos.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to us directly, or to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
