Application building.
You come with an idea. You leave with the scaffolding and foundation of a real application: structured, designed, and ready to keep building. Built the right way, the same way Jared built LearnOS and PocketCustomer and launched them to enterprise level.
The day
Your idea, scoped
You arrive with an idea and turn it into a build plan: what the app does, who uses it, and what version one actually needs.
The scaffolding
You stand up the foundation of your application in Claude Code and Antigravity, using Claude Code versus the VS Code plugin: the structure, the pages, the moving parts wired together.
UI, design and user experience
You build the design into the application: the interface, the flow, the feel. Something people can actually use, not a demo.
Databases and APIs
The big one: a real database under your app and live connections to the services it needs, hosted in AWS Sydney so your data stays in Australia. All about data security and API security.
Moving it to AWS Lightsail
You take the application off your laptop and onto AWS Lightsail: real hosting, a live URL, the same infrastructure serious applications run on.
You leave with
- The scaffolding and foundation of your own app, live on AWS Lightsail
- A real database and live API connections under it
- A designed interface you can keep building on
High performance is learned
Anyone can hand you automations. We teach you to build, because the capability that stays is the one you own. That is the difference between using AI and being good at it.
Build, not watch
No slide decks, no theory hour. You spend the day hands on with your real work, learning the method by shipping with it. It sticks because you did it, not because you heard it.
Switch people on
We do not sell replacement. The point is flicking the switch on human high performance: your judgement out front, an AI workforce running the busywork behind you.
Own everything
Everything you build leaves with you. No subscription, no lock-in.
The room
One email when the next date opens. Nothing else.
