PerformOS runs private AI training days for business teams on the Sunshine Coast, in Moreton Bay and in Brisbane. The day is seven hours, costs $1,400 including GST, and travel to your workplace is included across those three areas. Your team learns Claude Code and Codex by using them on their own files. It also runs virtually, or as a private one-to-one lesson.
High performance is learned. Anyone can hand you automations. We teach your team to do it themselves, because the capability that stays is the one you own. If you would rather we build it for you, that is our AI automation service.

What does a private AI training day cost?

How many people can attend?
It depends on your team and what you want them to learn. Tell us your team size when you enquire and we will confirm how the day would run for you.
Do you come to our workplace?
Yes. The day runs face to face at your workplace on the Sunshine Coast, in Moreton Bay or in Brisbane, with travel included. Outside those areas it runs virtually, or we quote the travel.
Does our team need coding or AI experience?
No. The day starts from where your team is. People bring a laptop and a real piece of their own work.
Which AI tools do you teach?
The day can be spent in Claude Code or Codex. We tell you exactly what to set up before the day, so nobody spends the morning installing things.
What do we keep afterwards?
Everything. What your team makes on the day stays with you, set up on your own machines. There is no subscription to PerformOS and nothing is locked away.
How is this different from a public AI course?
A public course teaches a room of people from different businesses. A private day is built around one business: your tools, your files and your sticking points, with only your team in the room.
