What the $1,400 covers
A day built around your business
You tell us about the work, the team and the sticking points before the day, so nothing is generic.
Seven hours, face to face
The day runs at your workplace. It also runs virtually, or as a private one-to-one lesson.
Travel
Travel to your workplace is included across the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay and Brisbane. Outside those areas it runs virtually, or we quote the travel.
Everything your team builds
What your team builds stays with you, set up on your own machines. There is no subscription to PerformOS and nothing is locked away.
What changes the price of AI training
Per day or per person
Some training is priced per seat and some per day. A day rate usually works out better once several people from the same team attend.
Tailored or off the shelf
A course written for a room of strangers costs less to run than a day built around one business. The tailored day is the one where your team works on its own files.
In person or online
Travel and a room add cost. Check whether travel is included or quoted on top.
What you keep
Ask whether your team leaves with working tools on their own machines, or only notes and a login that expires.
Public course prices
- Claude Code & Codex 101: $299 per person

- Agents: $487 per person
Public courses run for one day in the private boardroom at North Lakes Hotel, capped at 12 seats. The first three are sold out, with new dates coming soon. See the course pages.
