AI training guide

What to look for in an in-person AI training provider.

Six checks Brisbane Moreton Bay Sunshine Coast

Six questions to ask before you book AI training for your team, so the day changes how people work and is not forgotten by Friday.

Look for an AI training provider who builds the day around your own work, has your team building on real files instead of watching slides, states the price up front, tells you what to set up beforehand, and leaves everything your team builds with you. Ask who is in the room, too: you want the person who builds these systems for a living.

Six things to check

01

Is the day built around your business?

A good provider asks about your work, your team and your sticking points before the day. If the agenda was written before they spoke to you, it is a generic course.

02

Will your team build, or watch?

People learn AI by using it on their own work. Ask how much of the day is hands on, and whether your team works on their own files.

03

Who is actually in the room?

Ask whether the trainer builds working AI systems for businesses, or only teaches about them.

04

Is the price clear?

You should know the total before you book, including travel. Ask whether it is per person or per day.

05

What do you need to set up first?

A morning lost to installing software is a morning wasted. A good provider tells you exactly what to have ready.

06

What do you keep?

Ask what your team leaves with. Working tools on their own machines last longer than a slide deck or a login that expires.

Questions

What should a Brisbane small business look for in an in-person AI training provider?

A day built around your own work, hands-on building on your real files, a trainer who builds AI systems for businesses, a clear total price including travel, setup instructions before the day, and working tools your team keeps afterwards.

Does our team need coding or AI experience?

Not for a PerformOS day. It starts from where your team is. People bring a laptop and a real piece of their own work.

Which AI tools does PerformOS teach?

The day can be spent in Claude Code or Codex.

How is a private day different from a public AI course?

A public course teaches a room of people from different businesses. A private day is built around one business: your tools, your files and your sticking points, with only your team in the room.

Where does PerformOS run in-person training?

At your workplace on the Sunshine Coast, in Moreton Bay or in Brisbane, with travel included. Outside those areas it runs virtually, or we quote the travel.
