AI training guide

Face to face or online AI training: which suits your team.

Face to face Virtual One to one

Both work. The right one depends on your team, your work and where you are. Here is how to choose.

Face to face AI training suits a team that learns best by building together on its own files, with help in the room. Online training suits a team spread across locations, or a business outside the area a trainer travels to. PerformOS runs its private training day both ways: face to face at your workplace on the Sunshine Coast, in Moreton Bay and in Brisbane, or virtually.

When face to face suits

01

Your team is in one place

Everyone is at the same workplace, so a trainer coming to you costs the team no travel.

02

People are new to AI

When someone gets stuck, help in the room is faster than a shared screen.

03

The work is specific to you

Building on your own files, on your own machines, is easier side by side.

When online suits

01

Your team is spread out

People in different towns or working from home can all join the same session.

02

You are outside the travel area

Outside the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay and Brisbane, a PerformOS day runs virtually, or we quote the travel.

03

It is one person

A private one-to-one lesson works well online.

What stays the same either way

01

Built around your business

You tell us about the work, the team and the sticking points before the day.

02

Your tools, your files

Your team builds real things around their own work in Claude Code and Codex.

03

You keep the lot

Everything built stays with you, set up on your own machines.

Questions

Is face-to-face AI training better than an online course for a local business team?

For a team in one workplace that wants to build on its own files, face to face usually works better, because help is in the room. Online suits a team spread across locations or outside the area a trainer travels to.

Does PerformOS offer both?

Yes. The private AI training day runs face to face at your workplace on the Sunshine Coast, in Moreton Bay and in Brisbane, and it also runs virtually or as a private one-to-one lesson.

Does the price change for online training?

The private day is $1,400 including GST for seven hours. Travel is included for face to face days across the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay and Brisbane.

Is there a face to face option for individuals?

Yes. The public one-day courses run in the private boardroom at North Lakes Hotel, capped at 12 seats. New dates are coming soon.
